TMR Supervisory Board Head Position Vacant

Hashim Djojohadikusuma, Supervisory Board Head of Public Service Agency (BLUD) Ragunan Zoo (TMR), resigned from his position on December 10, 2014. With this resignation,  Supervisory Board Head position of BLUD Ragunan is vacant.

It needs to be managed with a national idealism that should have public interest oriented

"I delivered the letter of resignation of my position to Mr. Basuki Tjahaja Purnama," he said at City Hall, Wednesday (10/12).

The Younger brother of Gerindra Chairman, Prabowo Subianto, claimed have served for one and a half years which contained in Governor Decree (SK) of Jakarta Governor No. 737/2013.

"My appointment decree was signed by Joko Widodo as the Jakarta Governor on May 7, 2013," he explained.

The limit of operational time and professional are the reason for him to resign. He realizes, it was not easy to manage a very extensive wildlife park (140 hectares) with the huge collection of flora and fauna, and have the primary function of conservation, recreation and education. 

"It needs to be managed with a national idealism that should have public interest oriented. Therefore, supervise the TMR management is actually a very respectable service job," he added.

According to Hashim, it is a good time to resign from the position. Moreover, he has produced an agreement in a public dialogue on the basis of TMR development to the world-class level in 2013 ago.

However, Hashim also invites all stakeholders and citizens to engage actively in assisting the City Governor to oversee TMR maintained, grown to an International level.

"I also hope TMR still prioritize the conservation of flora and fauna of Indonesia and also oriented to the public interest for the importance of the Jakarta and Indonesian people," he disclosed.
